Nederlands Integration with Mosadex T&T improves efficiency
Optimise queue management by using pickup codes
In collaboration with Mosadex, a seamless integration has been established between the Wachtkamerschermen® queue management system and the Mosadex T&T track-and-trace solution. This integration enables a smoother workflow within the pharmacy and prevents duplicate actions at the counter.
Work more efficiently with pickup codes
Patients receive a pickup code in advance. Upon arrival, they enter this code at the queue terminal. By prioritising patients with a pickup code, you can assist them more quickly. When the patient is called to the counter, the patient screen with prescription details opens automatically. The staff member can immediately retrieve and hand over the medication.
Improved overview
If multiple prescriptions are ready for the same patient, the system notifies the staff member. This allows the team to work even more efficiently and provide more patient-centred service.
Thanks to this integration, the workflow at the counter becomes more structured and efficient. Pharmacists and assistants experience fewer manual actions, while patients are served faster.
