Together with Mosadex, we have created a seamless integration between our sequence numbering system and the track & trace system Mosadex T&T.

As soon as you call up a patient at the counter (via the counter application), the patient screen with prescription details opens automatically. You can immediately grab the medication and hand it over.

Do you have several prescriptions waiting for the patient? No problem!
You get a notification and can immediately move on to the next prescription.

The queue management system with Mosadex in four steps:

Step 1

At the queue number kiosk, the patient can choose to enter a pick-up code

Step 2

The patient enters the pick-up code via a numeric keypad

Step 3

Via the counter application on the computer at the counter, you call up the patient

Step 4

The receipt detail screen opens automatically
